Crossing State Lines

Going from NC to SC with a horse. I've been told all I need to legally cross the state line is a neg. Coggins. I was also told I need a updated health certificate. No one seems to know for certain what you have to have to cross state lines. Anyone know from experience? Or just know? THANKS!!!!!!!

Around Wyoming to cross into other states: idaho, montana, nevada, colorado, utah besides a negative coggins and health certificate you also need a current brand inspection.

Around here you need a coggins and a health certificate from your vet.
