    I texted him. The horse is at a boarding facility and he is posting for a friend, so I guess its not his horse.

    Who gives a fat rat's behind??? Anyone who would treat another innocent living thing in such a manner has a few screws loose.

    He's heading out to the barn right now to take more pics of him and send them to me. If I get the right info, I'm calling their local humane society.
