Do I sound selfish?

Okay so my birthday is coming up. My parents promised me that someday that they take me to the WEG.
They kept telling me they will buy the tickets they have yet to buy them. I keep telling them that they need to buy the tickets early so we will know that we are in.
And knowing my parents they will do it eventually. But that isnt the point. My point is they got a hotel an hr away which is fine.. BUT I was going online to check out the tickets and they are SOLD OUT of the events we were going to see for the days we sceduled our hotel for.
I read the article on the site and it just disapoints me that I can't see what I have been planning for since they said, I can go which was last year.
This is my 21st birthday and I really wanted to go I mean I know they will do what they can for tickets but I don't think we will get tickets.
I mean maybe they already got the tickets and aren't telling me. But I don't think they did. But knowing them maybe.
I mean my dad did suprise me with tickets the rolex in 2009.

They keep saying we gotta buy tickets this week. We will buy them...

Maybe they know you would be checking online and checking about tickets, asking them, bugging them.
Could be they already have them and are just waiting for your birthday to give them to you....
When is your birthday?

apparently tickets are nowhere near sold out. So I don't think you'll have a problem getting them.
