Hey guys..i started driving Keva last year and I really enjoy it...i've taken her in many clinics and have lots of new friends because of it...this year I will be showing in driving classes as well as rideing ones tho driving does not seem to be a big topic on this site...does anyone elce drive there horses?
I'm starting to get in to it again, I just bought a training cart although I think ben hurr was the last owner...lol, no one really drives around here but when I lived in montreal we had a big driving club in st lazrre. What I really want to do is to make my own mini buck board for abby and a few other cart's ....i'm crafy when it comes to thing's like that and own my own wood working shop.
Its really a great thing to get into..i started because when I got my horse 1 year ago she was trained to drive so I medded around with it..this year i'm showing in cart...i thought there would be no one on age it it but there was loads...i've met a lot of great people...it's awesome
I drive miniature horses and use to race standardbreds. I prefer it to riding a horse anytime. There is just something about hooking a horse up and going for a jog down the road or taking trails in a cart.
I totally want to start diving my mustang, she'd be soooo cute and good at it too. I jus need to find a cart and a harness....oh and yeah, move her back to Minnesota....someone has started a disscusion group from the main page for driving too
