Yep unfortunatly it happens all to often. We live in a town that is practically all college kids during the school year so most everyone is on their toes when the kids come back for school. It's kinda sad that those people have no respect for life. The lday told me that her mare was so nice that she came up and would catch she had no idea that she was supposed to run away and be scared....which kinda reminded me of my mare because she comes up to you!

I've never had 'bad' dreams about my horses... in fact, the only dream I ever have about my horses (and I still have it every now and then) is of me on a horses back bareback with no halter or no tack at all on in the pasture cantering in a big circle... the horse keeps changing colors from a random palomino, to our old horse Mo, to our old deceased horse Ole Man, to y uuncles horse Buttercup, and finally the horse turns into my mare Gypsie and we take off across the pasture at a full tilt gallop... I've never gotten why I have that dream, and I started having it before I even owned my girl...

My friend has had a dream numerous times where I'm trying to give her my coming 3 year old gelding Dakota and she doesn't want him... lol...

My cousin has had a dream about some guy stealing her horse out of her backyard in the middle of the night twice...
