My dream is to own a farm like the one in the book Hope Rising. Where abused horses and broken people can come to be loved. It would be amazing to see holes patched from horrible past experiences. This has been my dream to own a farm like this for as long as I can remember.

Also, I definately recommend reading Hope Rising and the second book A Bridge Called Hope by Kim Meeder. She is an amazing writer and has some great, and sometimes heartbreaking, stories to tell.

I'd love to be a stay at home mom and wife with at least ten acres and a barn and arena on property. I'd have my retired horse (my current horse now), a younger personal horse, and a re-sale project or two. I'd also like to start and manage a sanctuary for the wild ponies here since they don't have anything as of now. I'd like to educate the public about them and make sure there is still space for them to roam.

As for the less distant future, I think it'd be cool to be one of those traveling horse trainers who goes to your barn to ride your horse and kinda gets around by word of mouth. =P

I have always thought it would be fun to work at the Kentucky Horse Park. Just Imagine! I am also very set on operating aa thereputic riding center, I volenteer at one now and I'm in love. Or teaching lessons and running a boarding stable. What numerous possibilities.

All horses deserve, at least once in their lives, to be loved by a little girl.

I'd like to own a boarding stable, maybe breed warmbloods on the side, and have some sort of horse rescue.

americanhorsepubs.org has an internship program you might want to check out. My coach was telling me about it, but I graduate in the spring so probably won't have a chance to do it :/

Oh well. I want to be an artist when I "grow up." Doing commissions and what not, probably on the side of a "real" job. I think it'd be cool to give lessons to down the road, and maybe get a judging qualification who knows.

I would love to be a South Australian Mounted Police officer, then when i retire, I'd love to have my own Horse Riding School/agistment property and small hobby farm.
