Drifter and Whiskey

Hello all! Whiskey passed his lameness exam with FLYING COLORS. No visible lameness detected on all legs. Woo hoo! Super excited. We have to x ray his front feet to see whats causing some major cracking on Tuesday before everything is finalized, but I am pleased to announce that this boy is pretty much staying, pending founder/millions of dollars in order to fix feet.

Drifter was a little undecided about him at first, but I have been putting Drifter in with him about a 2 hours a day while Whiskey gets used to grass. They seem to get along okay. No squealing or fighting ever. They are both the chillest ever, so that probably helped with the meeting.

My plan is that over the next 2 weeks they will form a sort of friendship and hopefully make Whiskey's transition into the big herd a bit easier.

Whiskey is much more attention seeking than Drifter is. He loves to rubbed on and touched and begs for scratches while Drift has always just "tolerated" it haha.

Without further ado, pics :). And no he is not a pony. Drifter is just humongo
