This was definitely DUI, not RUI, but I will warn you about RUI-there are horses, mine included, who will not stand for the cracking of a fresh beer......I did it only once on his back, and landed on my arse, laughing hysterically.......and, pocket dialed a friend as I hit. Lol

On words dumbest criminals, I think 2 weeks ago, there was 2 guys in Reno riding their horses down the street. Reno! There were lights and people everywhere, cars passing etc. Both guys has beer in their hands. The cops tried to pull them over since they were impeding traffic, and they were worried about the safety of the intoxicated riders. The drunk man in the front, stops his horse. Cop asks him to get down, he says no. They ask if he's intoxicated, he says "umm, yes. But he's not" pointing at the horse,lol! Unfortunately he was arrested for resisting arrest, since when he finally got off, he was belligerent with the officers. I got a really good laugh about it!
