Talking about how equestrians need to be in great shape take a look at Canada's Ian Millar. He's 65 yrs old and still competing at a world class level. What an amazing feat! He will be competing in his 10th Olympics this summer. His farm is quite close to the area in which I live. I am quite proud of his achievement as a "senior citizen".
