Equestrian vacations?

I've been dreaming about doing one of these for years...just wondering if anyone has every gone on one of these trips or something similar? Did you have fun? Did you learn? Was it worth the money?

I'd love to go on an equestrian themed holiday/vacation.

I've always wanted to go to the states and try western through some of your beautiful countryside. Hopefully one day.

I'd love to do the carriage driving in Hungary. I know squat about driving, seems like it would be such a rewarding experience :)

If you haven't seen it, there is a nice horse-travel show on PBS called Equitrekking. She goes to a lot of nice vacation/horse riding places... check out http://www.equitrekking.com/
