Equine Rts Institute? (please read)

I just got an email from them saying they would like to lease my pony. Which I'm fine with, but I Google searched their 'barn'.. and a forum came up with their name. Basically saying they're trolls.. Anyone know?

I'm really desperate to sell Phillip.. I've had a few scammers contact me. I do NOT want my pony stolen or mistreated.
EDIT: could a mod please change my title to "Arts"? Sorry.

Also - I would check out these two threads:

never mind - Chronicle Forums

There also seemed to be quite a few people on there who knew first hand about the place but weren't willing to post it all. Might be worth joining and PM them to see what's up. :)
