Exercising horses :]

While I am waiting to get Fury here I am going to start up on exercising a arabian mare that I used to know named Barbwire. I rode her once and she was extremly skittish, jumpy, prancy, hardly walked/trotted, but was an outstanding gymkhana horse great stop just no walk. Hated her ears touched but was a great horse. My friend syd bought her but decided to sell her because she doesn't quite like mares and wanted to get another gelding to train herself. Soooo our old trainer bought her and has been working with her and has told me she has gotten loads better (yay barbie!!) and offered me the job of keeping her in shape since she is going to be buisy breaking in a filly and won't have time to thoroughly work her. Barbie is a trained gymkhana/endurance horse and has crazy good stamina and speed. She is such a great endurance horse although she has a tndency to get nose bleeds (we aren't sure why they don't cause her trouble her breathing/heart rate is normal). I am super excited to start riding her.
Here are a few pictures of her before she was sold with her old rider beatriz*photos belong to beatriz*

Not criticing her seat in this picture barbie is a very hard horse to sit going at fast speeds and yes bea was behind her in this jump but it is a speed event not a jumping class :]

I should note the nose bleeds don't happen often only when she is worked hard for long times like endurance rides

Horse #2 that I will be working is my friend mirandas older(in her 20's) arabian/quarter mare footloose(sis) to work out some of her kinks as she hasn't been ridden much lately because miranda has been doing endurance training ontop of gymkhana with her main horse noche soooo I am going to be working out kinks so her bf can ride sis with her, also because miranda is getting tired of riding alone and her bf is a beginner. Sis isn't bad she just needs some consistent riding and work before korey can ride her lol. She's a kool little horse she rears on command and has a silly personality she instantly bonded with korey the first time they met. Wells heres a quick pic.
