Smile Extreme Makeover: Horse Edition

Hey guys. Today we hit 100 lbs that Roger has added since I adopted him 4 months ago. A huge milestone, so I thought i'd share our achievement. He's been on 3lbs of grain a day and I put vitamin D oil on his old scars. Everything's healed up and this was my goal weight for him.

Before: You can see old saddle sores, his ribs, and his hip bones are protruding.

After: 100lbs later, all scars are healed up. No hip bones or ribs in sight!

I apologize for the sideway pic.

I know the pics aren't too impressive, but i've seen a huge improvement in him. Not only in his looks, but his attitude as well.

Thank you all for your support through all this!

Poor baby! He looks sooo much better in the new pics! Good job!

I love his expression in that first pic: "Someone's looking at ME?!"

Haha thank you! He's so full of personality. I couldn't be happier with the way he turned out.
