It is highly dependent on your location. Usually the battery of shots a horse gets is appropriate for their area - not every equine vaccine known to mankind. Most vaccinations are good for a year. Unless specific diseases are moving in (which happens often) and it is recommended that you now get "x" vaccination in whatever area, there is generally no need for "fall" shots, annual -yes. It would seem more logical if they simply asked for proof of current "x,y, z" vaccinations.
