Of the four basic gaits, tell which is your favorite to ride and why.

I think the trot is the most useful gait, and really great if you get a good, quality trot, but a nice deep canter is fun too.

I like to gallop, because it feels so good! Also, it's not something I do every time I ride, so it's special.

Help me horse forum! You're my only hope!

I love a good rolling canter. I could ride it all day.

You just have to see your distance...you don't have to like it.

I love trotting. I find that once I can get something in trot, I can figure get it at the other gaits too. It's by far the easiest to work with for me. I also feel totally pro when I get a good sitting trot happening.

...Every rider has that one horse that changes everything about them...

I love Aires' trot. Don't have to post it because it's so smooth. Half the time you don't even know he's trotting.

Do not tell me I can't...because I will show you that I can.

I love a smooth rolling canter.

Though I think the gaited horse breeds will feel left out. Should have had another option for other gaits so the gaited horse people could chime in.

All I pay my psychiatrist is cost of feed and hay, and he'll listen to me any day!
