Favorite Horse Books & Movies?

What's everyone's favourite books & movies/tv shows dealing with horses?
It can be any kind of book or movie, from training books/movies to fantasy, short stories to novels, informational videos to stories.

My favorites are:

Books:
Green Rider series by Kristen Britain
Rhiannon's Ride series by Kate Forsyth.
Oh and of course the Black Stallion books by Walter Farley. :3

Movies:
The New Adventures of Black Beauty (TV Series from 1992)
National Velvet
Seabiscuit
Spirit: Stallion of the Cimmarron
Hidalgo
And of course, Saddle Club when I was younger.

I love John Lyons' book, "Troubleshooting."

I also like Stacy Westfall's training DVDs - the groundwork and starting young colts ones are great!

For books my favorites are the Black Stallion books

Also "Black Horses for the King" by Anne McCaffery. Anyone who is into Fresians or Medieval times should definitely read this!

"Riding Lessons" and "Flying Changes" both by Sara Gruen
"Chosen By A Horse" by Susan Richardson, very very sad but I couldnt put it down it was such a good story!!
"Man O' War" by Walter Farley
"Hope Rising" by Kim Meder (i am currently reading it is amazing!! A must read, its a true story about a lady who builds a ranch for abused neglected horses and for misfortunate families and children.) There is a second book "Bridge Called Hope".
"She Flies Without Wings" by Mary D. Midkiff
"All The Pretty Horses" by Cormac McCarthy---amazing book!!
I also liked the "Heartland" series and Saddle Club series

Movies:

Spirit: Stallion of the Cimaron (is one of my fave movies!!)
Seabiscuit
Dreamer
Black Beauty
National Velvet and International Velvet
The Horse Whisperer
All The Pretty Horses (even tho it isnt all about horses, a horse is the reason for a lot of the trouble in the movie, it is also a book by Cormac McCarthy who also wrote The Crossing another amazing book)
Touching Wild Horses
Long Shot
A Horse for Danny
I could go on!!!

The rider casts her heart over the fence, the horse jumps in pursuit of it.
