    USE YOUR WORDS.

Really, it works. ;) Just approach them politely and say something like, "Hi, I really appreciate the opportunity that you've provided me, but I have a few concerns. Is this a good time to discuss them?" And if said person says yes, voice your concerns.

"I've been working very hard, and I feel disappointed, because over the past month that we've had this deal, I've only been allowed to ride the horse once, and for around five minutes. I understand that everyone is very busy, but I feel like I keep getting put off; I'm working very hard and would really enjoy being able to spend more time with and riding -insert horse name here-." And then discuss!

    :)

If they're around today I will try to talk to them, it's hard to get in touch with them, but I will try.

Thank you to everyone for your advice!

This summer I had a unpleasant horse lease I would like to share
I found this lease with this Appy mare 12 years old 15:1 hh
She was abandoned by her old owner, Her new owner put weight om her
But they have 7 other horses as well
Any ways I was to come and groom her, lunge her and walk her
And clean her stall 3 days a week for $100. A month
I was promised a grooming kit[ but I had to buy one], Iwas promised a saddle. [I had to buy one] I need to have a mounting block built but it was wrong
I brought her treats I did mange to get on her when I got off the horse spooked and I hurt myself{ I was told she was bomb proof]
So after that the owner said I was not a match for the horse and broke the lease
