Filling up the Barn - Possible Buys

I have my own stables "Crown Bridge Stables" and have room to house 30 horses in stables each 18x14. Its always been my dream to own and run my own stable yard and Its taken me time and a lot of hard work to get it.
I am really into buying/breeding and showing horses.
Currently I have 6 of my own horses and 4 boarders, none of my horses are ready to compete yet so I am searching around for some horses to buy and use for competition.
I will post pics here of the possible buys as I wnt your opinions, thanks! X

158cms Riding Horse / Eventer

Stunning Filly with fantastic paces.

Traditional Irish Breeding, Bay, Filly, 4 years, 158 centimetres.

Sire: Greenhall who is a son of Crosstown Dancer out of a Mr. Lord mare.

Dam is by Delamaine, out of a Diamonds Are Trumps mare. (Dam also has sjai points)

Shown under saddle 4 times – placed 1st, Reserve Champion and Third.

This filly is very athletic with an excellent jump.

She should make a super eventer or show riding horse.

3,000 euro
What do you think?

9yr old, Bay, Gelding, 16.2hh

Brave as a lion with impecable manners

Has completed 11 Pre Novice and 5 1star events with Eventing Ireland and has the scope and ability to go up the levels

Hasn't had a run out or refusal showjumping or x-country and is very well schooled on the flat

Has had numerous placings and wins at dressage and working hunter competitions also

Excellent temperament in all situations including stable, travelling, shoeing, cliping, hacking

Hacks out quietly alone or in company on roads and in countryside

Very sad sale due to lack of time and over

I love this one - will definetly follow this one up - what do you think?

I'm not too sure about buying or anything, someone more experienced should help you with that. But if you want to breed, then I suggest also taking into consideration if you want to, conformation, breeding, training, personality, all the contributing factors that would make a good breeding horse in the future.
