Why is it that everyone thinks that just because i have a horse and im a girl that i know automatically know how to frenchbraid.

I barely even know how to braid my poor geldings mane and tail...he ends up looking like he's supposed to live in jamaica!

Anyone else get the assumption that you know how to frenchbraid?

Random post i know.

I don't get that happening to me... more the opposite actually lol.

Because of the way I look, I look more like im into makeup and turning up my nose at "unworthy" (so to speak) people. rather than making friends of most people, living on a farm, and riding horses lol.

They all seem to think that just because im a little pretty, that im also stupid, and a perfectionist.

But i can french braid my own hair, and my horses lol.

I hate Stereotyping :(

No, but lots of people assume that I rodeo all the time when I actually have never competed in a rodeo in my life. I know how to french braid, but that doesn't mean that I am good at it. LOL
