OMG that's funny! I used to do that with my ex-husband. Wasn't his money anyway, it was mine, but I just didn't want to hear it......

That's too funny.

My husband doesn't ask how much things cost, he asks if all our bills are paid instead.
I work my rear end off for my income, he'd be looking in the toilet bowl for his teeth if he told me what I could spend.

My husband trusts how much I spend on the horses & appreciates my love & skill with a large, complicated animal. When I die, I know he would care & preserve my animals & equipment as his love for me. Sappy I know LOL, but very true :))

I board my horse, without vets bills he costs me $500 a month. I hope that my husband would sell him, give him away or put a bullet in him so as not to have the costs for no reason as my income would be missing.

He rides and our granddaughter is obsessed with horses so since money is not tight, I am pretty sure the horses & gear would stick around after I am gone.

Nice! My boarded single horse is $500 per month between board and farrier, so I would rather he see a bullet. If I die Brad has enough to deal with over unnecessary bills.
