Okay well Ginger left for her new home yesterday it took us over an HOUR to get her in the trailer because she did not want to leave her boyfriend. Eventually the BO had to go to an appointment and had toleave so the guy that was going to be trailering her tryed. He ended up making her do VERY sharp circles so shed get dizzy and disorented and shed go on the trailer. I felt so bad I wanted him to stop finally after an hour of trying to get her on the trailer she went on. She got herself all worked up and was dripping sweat and she has diarrhea. But anyways heres some pics I took of her leaving in the trailer.
Sorry there not the best of pics. They were taken from my phone.
Omg...im so sry Ginger. I know it will be hard but you know that she's going to a good home. She'll settle down. Just call and make sure everythings ok. Hopefully in the future, you'll be able to go and see her.
Yeah I was like "dad make him stop!!" when the guy was making her dizzy and he's like "no, she's not your horse anymore." by him just saying that, I was pissed
Thats not the worst thing I have ever seen or heard of someone doing to get a horse in a trailer :( Glad she finally went in.
I must have missed the thread were you got her sold. I'll have to look. BYEEE Ginger that's a sad she went but glad you got her sold
Its okay. I miss her already eh but ill have to make room for other horses in my life too, but ill always remember her as the most beautiful horse I have ever owned. Lets remember Ginger...
It will just take time. It'll be hard. Just never forget her but you'll eventually have to move on. Who knows maybe later on when you can afford to keep another horse, you could get ginger back.
