51 years old.. blimey!

What a hansome boy! I always wondered who the oldest horse was, as I had a hard time finding out.

Delriah just turned 50 in February. But I figured that I couldn't do anything to prove her age because she wasn't updated in the AQHA after turning 20, and was considered deceased. I wonder if the way they proved Shayne's age would work for her...

Kudos to the old boy though! At this point he's looking healthier than Del is. That artheritis is starting to really kick her.

Have you tried contacting the AQHA? I am sure you can get it revoked. They'd love to hear about such an amazing horse, how well she has aged. Make a great story for their magazine!:)
