Good Lesson Today *Pic Added*

So my trainer got back from 3 weeks showing in nice warm arizona (tho I heard it snowed...). I am so glad he's back as we only have till Thursday before Spruce Meadows.

So we start off trotting a fence or 2, then doing some single diagonals.
Did some wide roll back turns (they aren't even roll back turns, more just horse shoes) then moved onto a 3 jump "course" with one single and then a 4 stride line.
Me and my horse are rocking it so far. Then we move onto a single then 1 stride. Whoops, left way long to that one. Did it again and it was perfect.
We continue on with a little 3'6 course.
But the best part was at the end. Now as some know I am mostly hunter but moving more into the jumper ring as I am reaching the hightest hieght in hunters in my area. So I am not used to really tight turn back (ya you do little rollback in the stake class or something but nothing insane)
Well we finished off with some tight roll backs to a bout 4 foot jumps. I was in a class with 2 tried and true jumper people. Me and my hunter horse kicked their butts in the rollbacks. Haha. I think we are about ready for spruce. We have one more lesson so we should totally rock it out at the show.

The jump we did the roll backs too.

I couldn't live without jumping. I mean I see the appeal in like grand prix dressage but before then just flatting all the time would drive me nutty haha. No offence to dressage riders and of course I do flat and do general dressage moves in my riding to supple and build muscle on my horse ect. But I need to jump!
