GOOD SUNDAY MORNING/AFTERNOON

Good Morning to those in the Mountain and Pacific time zones and Good Afternoon to those in all the other time zones!

Have an early start this morning which means an early end. May run out to the stable after work while it's still day light.

Had a very exciting past couple days. I had an old boss of mine who called me the other day and offer me a very good job.
I'm going to visit her this week sometime and take a tour of the place. It's a very up scale and lots of energy. Anyone who is who is there and I will be in the high limit watching $12,000+ a spin on roulette (hate roulette, bac person) But I would be also watching over my ole faithful Bac. $20,000 a hand. 8)
The only thing that is scary is that I've been at this property for SOOOOOOOOO LONG and yes, I've gotten so comfortable but the money is not there any more (high action) I may see high action once a week but back in the day, I use to watch people betting 100,000+ a hand on Bac. With 6 million credit lines. Today I may see someone with a $200,000 line 3x a week (give or take)
Okay, enough about work.
Have some coffee and english muffins. I might need Irides espresso later this afternoon (didn't sleep too well)
Hey 3neighs, where are those pics of the zoo trip?

HAVE A FANTASTIC DAY EVERYONE!

Sharon, that sounds like an exciting line of work! I'd be happy to show you my zoo pics! I'll put them up in the "off topic" section.

Hubby went to deer camp over the weekend and I've had a nice weekend with the girls. Why do kids think pancakes for dinner is so exciting?

Banana pancakes - Hmmmmm (you don't have to be a kid, Jen).

I've never been to a casino Sharron so I can't relate but that sure sounds like a lot of money just to "play" with.

I picked up the Thoroughbred this morning. He is a knockout of a horse. 16h, 14 years old, a real red (sorrel), former steeplechase horse, former fox hunter, and eventer. Just not my style horse so I gave his to my friend/neighbor - hope he enjoys him.

Oh well, I didn't have time to ride today so I'll do double time tomorrow. Have a nice evening guys!

Horse kisses,
Yes, I work at a casino. Table games and to answer your question, yes, I do get a discount on shows, restaurants and ??? And yes, sometimes full comp (free)

Iride,
The casino field is a very exciting and sometimes rewarding position. (being on the inside of the tables instead of the outside playing) And yes, there is lots of money that comes across the tables.
I watched a guy losing $200,000.00 and turned his last 20,000 into 750,000 in 20 minutes. (talk about a easy days work!)

3neighs,
I will have to check those pics out.

Well, dinner was just put on the table so got to go..

Iride,
Enjoy your ride tomorrow. And that TB sounds PURDY!
