Good morning Everyone!

Well I made it through yet another week of work (YEA!!!!) Just a quick hello before I have to run.
Weather is perfect this morning for my Lovell Canyon ride. Got to get off this computer to make a lunch for myself and pack my cooler.

Help yourselves to the scrambled eggs (with sausage, onions and mushrooms and chili powder) and some coffee.

Have a great day everyone!

Oh, scrambled eggs sound so good. I haven't had those in a long time. Hold the mushrooms, though!

I've got the rest of the day free, but have errands to run and then pick the girls up from school. I am loving the weather we're having!

Hi all! **waving**
This breakfast is outstanding! Now....where's the coffee??
Our neighbor started cutting our pasture last night. After a few days of drying, he'll bale it. Figure that will at least be their bedding, and if they don't care for it, we'll feed the goats!
Happy Birthday to Eli!
Spent yesterday making green pepper jelly. I tried it today....not bad.....
Today I'll be putting away all of the extra empty jars....(I made sure I had plenty. Tiz amazing what you DON'T use...) I figure they are there and will be put to good use for the garden's end......
Hey Dumas...what kind of presents are ya wrapping?? Something for ME??

We decided to do a "favorite things" type of birthday for him.

I have a pirate "happy birthday" banner
On the table -Dinosaur napkins
Pirate spy glass, eye patch, plastic knife, compass
A light up yo-yo
A bottle of grape scented bubbles
And a squishy hairy looking ball

For gifts we have-
A match box car case
Several cars
A giant sticky slap hand
2 small tubs of "flarp" ( this stuff sounds like farts when you play with is kind of gooey play doh...most entertaing for a 5yo boy)
A rubber bounce ball with a handle...the kind that you can sit on and bounce
And a small voice recorder that has big buttons on it. He can record voices or sounds then play them back a warp the voice really low or fast like a chipmunk.

I was really proud of myself. I spent like $15 at the dollar store for party supplies and around $ 25 at Wal-Mart for the toys.

We always have a home made cake...He chose devil's food with chocolate frosting and vanilla ice cream. We will have grand parent and aunt & uncles over. Birthdays here are small with family. We try to keep it intamate and special. Sleep overs are the wild times here.

Painted, Eli is very good about sharing his toys. I'm SURE he'd let you play with his Flarp!!!!
