great ride :]

Alright well I havent ridden my boy since last wednesday and I was expecting a nut case.So I put him in the small arena to play a little while I did his pen and then caught him did some lunging over some ground poles nd then just some general lunging to get him focused in on me. He did great so I let him play for a little longer as I had to do another pen. I finished that then went and caught him walked him over to the tack shed dropped my lead rope nd told him to stand and he stayed statue still (so proud :]) got him all tacked up with just a little jittering while being cinched up (he used to rear and try to push you over) but after that he was a perfect angel. Did some ground pole trotting and just some general different patterns trotting between 2 poles stop back out role back other direction etc. He was absoultely amazing I did it all on a loose rein and leg pressure.
Its days like these that I just don't want to end.
