True story: Armed with only courage and a big lug of a horse, a Montana woman wrangler saves a young boy from a charging grizzly bear.

Thank you for sharing that story, wiping tears as I type.....
What an amazing horse, and wrangler, I would have done the same thing if I was that wrangler, make him mine!

Living just 30 minutes from where this took place I know the chances we take riding in the mountains. I am so happy this had a very happy ending.

That horse is awesome!! I can't even imagine the guts a horse must have to charge a bear. The woman must be one heck of a good rider to convince the horse that was a good idea!

You just have to see your distance...you don't have to like it.
