Happy Gush

So, when I was 16, I had to sell my jumper pony. He was my whole world when I lost him, but he went to a great home.

The girls we sold him to had a horse named kidd. He wa a bombproof happy lil dude, but he coliced one night. The barn owners daughter threw his feed, saw he was down and wasnt eating it, went to bed anyway. The next morning, she threw his morning grain on top of his night grain, didnt mention anything to anyone, he was still down, and went off to school. Me and a friend got to the barn around 9 am, and saw kidd lying down, lethargic, in a badddddd way. Got him up, got him walking. But it was too late. By the time the vet got there, kidd had a 360 twist in his gut, and was put to rest on our barn isle floor. They were devastated, but smugly at that time was leased out for lessons since one of my parents companies was fallin out. They rode him for a bit, and when news came that we had to liquidate to save our business, smugly had to go. Well, they bought him.

I havent seen him since winter 2007, and he was fat and bright and onry as ever. But, I got a update!!

Smugly is fat ad happy living semi retired. His girl is going off to college soon, so I don't know what his future after next yr looks like (crosses fingers I can save enough to have him in my stall. Oh please oh please I want him back in my stall!) But, I am so so so happy he's doing well! Just had to rant a little about a happy moment for my boy :)

Wouldn't that be a praise instead of a rant?

I was under the impression rants could be positive or negative, but praise sounds better either way!!!

I've always associated rant with negativity...I could be wrong.
