Is there any resemblence between the books and the tv show other than the title? I understand that in the books, the farm is in Virginia??

It seems to me from reading the book and tv series descriptions online that they are picking and choosing things out of the books. Some of the episodes seem to mirror the books, while others are vastly different. A lot of the characters are the same.

The concept is the same in tv show and books. A girl who helps horses get over there fears and have brighter lives, But the details are different.

I LOVE the books with all my heart. And I really like the tv show too!!

The show's a family favorite at our house! It's one of the few shows out there that's actually decent enough for the whole family to watch.

I watched the start of this new season this past Sunday. I did not see Mallory, Scott or Caleb. Does anyone know if they have been written out?

I'm so happy the new season has begun. I really like the new troubled young girl character but I still miss Mallory.
