I'm feeling so impatient right now. I just want to get to the end of it all now and have my own horse and be riding, happy and without fear. I guess that's why it's so frustrating when I try to ride and have issues.

I've always been one of those people who always browses horse sale adverts, even if I have a horse as I'm so nosey and love having a look.

On a draft rescue website I found an 8 year old belgian draft horse who was previously used as a beginners vaulting horse and has done therapeutic riding. He's got lots of people trying to adopt him, which is great. I need to find something like that in the future I think.

You'll get there! It's a huge process.. don't put more pressure on yourself to get over it.. give yourself a chance and a lot more patience. You'll find peace with it when you're ready, and not a minute before!!! :)
