Helmut cameras ?

OK so does any one know of any good helmut cameras and also the mount/system that attaches the camera to the helmut, that shoot in HD and don't fall of your helmut and also don't cost like over 300$

I bought my honey a GoPro hero 3 for Christmas, and it is pretty sweet. You can get a helmet mount for it. They have three versions. The white is 199$, the silver is 299$ and the black is 399$. The money difference between the white and silver is veerry worth it, black and silver, not so much. I got him the silver. If your seriously considering one, def look into the gopros.

I was going to say, a Go Pro would probably be your best bet!

omg they have ones for only 200 $ !! What currency is that in ? As im Australian. Hmm but than comes a mount, so ill ask my dad to pay for that.

Don't buy the 200$ one. It's not half as good as the 300$, and the extra money spent will be very well worth it. Am talking in US$ the mounts aren't expensive. It comes with a bag of different mounta, and you can buy other mounts seperate.

I have the Contour Roam. I wasn't the one who purchased this camera as I received it as a complete surprise last year for my birthday so I never compared brands. What I can say is that the video quality is good and the camera was easy to mount on my helmet and simple to use. Just aim the laser and slide the button back and forth to operate. I have used it on the trails and have had no problems at high speed even after hitting hitting the odd branch and it remained solidly installed on my helmet. I think the price of it is around 200$ Canadian.

When I sell my xbox and jewellery (if they haven't been stollen) ill be able to get this. Who needs jewellery lol its so pretentious.

I'm saving to buy a GoPro 3 also, I want the $399 one LOL hope to have it by spring!!

May I ask why you want the black? I compared the two, and for me there really wasn't that big of a difference to go with the price. Just curious if I missed something!
