Hubby is new to horses, but I've been taking him out to the barn with me in hopes to acclimate him.
Yesterday I was tacking up and my horse got "girthy" and nipped at me. (We are working on it) I bopped him in the nose.
My husband says, "Well, that's what you get for getting a stallion, they're mean."
I replied, "No, not all are mean. And he's a gelding."
Hubby just shrugs and says, "Well, if he bites me, I'm punching him in the balls."
I busted up laughing and said, "Gelding means his 'balls' have been cut off."
Hubby looks at my horse and pats his neck and says, "Aw you poor *******, I'd bite people too."
And this point I'm seriously rolling and can hear the other girl in the stall next to us trying to stifle a giggle. I thought it was SO funny!
