Hey i was just wondering if anyone could tell me about horse behaviour as i have just braught a new horse and have owned him a week now… and i was told him moving his legs about kind kicking but not (more his front legs) meant he was being inpatient but even when i’m not doing anything with him or touch him he does it…. was thinking maybe it could just be a way of him getting the bugs off his legs…. and any other info on horse behaviour would be great aka ear positions.. different things they may do for different reasons…. thanks heaps hope you can help me figure this one out :D

Do you have a trainer to help you?

Please don't take this the wrong way, but why did you get a 3 year old for your first horse if you're not even sure how a horse behaves?

I mean that in the nicest way possible, I would just really hate to see you or anyone else hurt by this horse since at 3 years old a horse obviously needs training and if you're not sure of a horse's behavior I wonder if you have a trainer to help you in training this horse.

But yes, reading old threads will help.
Best of luck to you. =)
