Horse Boarding Calgary

Sigh, looks like I'll be looking for a new place to board again. I know this is kinda far fetched and local, but I thought I'd try anyways.
I am looking in the south / west of calgary (btw spruce meadows and springbank).
- pasture board
- mares and geldings have to be separate
- indoor arena
- preferrably with a dressage instructor on site
- dogs allowed on property
- nice trails in the vicinity are a plus
- not more than $350/month

Anyone have any experience?

Thanks Sky - I did the same and already went to see a few of these places. Unfortunately I didn't find what I'm looking for yet, so I was hoping someone had personal experiences...
