Horse Capital of World?

I've read a lot of different people, from different places, refer to their home city as the "horse capital of the world". Obviously we can't all be the horse capital. That wouldn't make since. I think we all can agree that Lexington, KY is the horse racing capital. My hometown Oklahoma City likes to say it's the horse show capital, but that's up for debate. Is your town a horse capital, and why?

I would say Shelbyville, Tn could be considered the Walking Horse Capital due to the famous Celebration

My hometown is the "Carousel Capital of the World". But, that doesn't count does it?
