I have heard some good and bad things about michigan state... It is veryyyyy expensive though, so its not going to happen. And they don't have all the classes that I want...

I would LOVE to go to Centenary.... But it is far too expensive for me.

My goal is to become an Instructor/Trainer/Barn Owner. But I still have 3-4 years before I can even apply for Meredith Manor. But the college I'm going to choose has to be perfect; all the time and effort my instructor has put into me, I'd be scared to go somewhere and undo it.

I hear that. The best way is to go visit the colleges you are interested in. And since you have 3-4 years, that is plenty of time.

If you are ever in Kentucky(I know a long way from Maine) , I would be more than happy to get you in contact with the right people to get a Campus Tour set up of Midway College. I would like to say that Midway offers those. ;)

Also here in KY I have heard that Morehead and UK have wonderful Equestrian Programs. Not to mention you would be in horse country. You can get experience with almost anything here.
