This is a pretty neat site for anyone who loves horses! Bloggers write articles about all sorts of interesting and fun things, so it's always a great read.

I just wrote my very first one and it got published today...wanted to share it with all my friends on here, enjoy!

Thanks for sharing! I'm just learning to ride properly at 43 - even though I've been completely horse-mad since I was old enough to make the noise "horsie" with my mouth. Your advice is spot-on - especially the part about looking to yourself when things don't go as you expected.

Also, I loved your article, I was luckily one of those people who got to start riding young :). I too never knew how you got Sadie until now.
