My four year old Paint gelding is named Milo. :) I got to name him when I bought him. He's unregistered, but if he ever got to be I'd choose the name Sweet Serendipity as is reg. Name.

Foal
My yearling's registered name is UA Strait Up Details. I love it, although it doesn't fit him - he's very carefree and if he were a person, he would be the exact opposite of being detail-oriented. I am all about details, however! His barn name is Jack. I didn't care for that name when I got him, but now that I know him it fits him really well.

My SSH mare's barn name is "Baby Girl" or "Hufflepuff", and her registered name is "Flash of Lightening", with lightning spelled incorrectly. She got "Flash" from her sire, Photo Flash Reflection, and "Lightening" from her perfectly lightning bolt shaped facial marking.

If I even get any foals out of her, they're names will either be "Lightening Strikes Twice" or "Unique Reflection".

I have 2 horses. A mare and gelding.

My mare is named Harmony and my gelding is Chaos.

Their names are like opposites. Not planned I swear lol.

Mine are Ginger (Impressive Wild Angel) and Duncan (He's Gotta Gun). I want my next horse to be a gelding, so I've been coming up with good boy names, even though I know all bets will be off. It all depends on the horse and what strikes me first. The first name I go with usually sticks.

But I like to have people names for my animals. My dog's name is Sabrina, and the next puppy I get will be Penelope.

I've actually met horses with most of these names. Multiple barns I've gone to have weird names:

Pilot
Copilot
Casino
Pinky
Gonzo
Taxcut
Kramer
Amore (He had a star on his forehead that looked like a heart)
Patriot
Pride
And there are definitely more I'm forgetting.
My horse's name is Paquita. Or Pequita. Depends who you ask.

Trained
Past:
Hickory Blake(Hickory)
Mids Missie (Missy)
*both BORING, IMO, but I was young, and had no idea I could rename them, I guess......
Squirt
Rippling Jiggs (Jiggs) (OTTB, and have No idea who came up with it)
I Only Wear Gucci (Beans) I had Frank, figured Beans went with it...lol

Present:
Second Chance (named that by his breeder, since his legs were crooked as a foal and the vet wanted him put down) I call him Frankie, after Frank Thomas, baseball player, AKA "the big hurt" since he broke my face years ago.....Should have named him Dozer....he is a big draft X
Gotchur Six (Guinness) Was Friendships Rocky Road when I bought him (gross)-so I renamed him in honor of my daughters deceased fiance, who was a SEAL. Gotchur Six means I have your back in "seal speak", and we call him Guinness because he is dark chocolate with a flaxen/silver tail. Same colors as the beer, plus we tend to name out animals after alcohol.....
