I would get the little antlers and maybe get some kind of hoof polish to draw a line in the middle of them to make them look like cloven hooves. And of course lots of jingle bells.

You can purchase horse antlers from many online retailers. We then put a red saddle blanket and polo wraps on the horse. Voila! Instant reindeer.
