Horse/Show Binder

I want to start a Binder with information bout my horse in it for emergencies, shows, and health records. Does anyone have one and does it help them keep organized? What should I put in it? Thanks!

I have one. It contains:

Copies of AQHA registration
Copies of membership cards
Copies of VHSA registration
Copies of coggins
Copies of Vet records

NO ORIGINALS!

I have some show billets in it and some pix. Emergency numbers...I think that's all...
