Horses and College

I am looking to get a career in the equine world, specifically in training hunter/jumpers and being an instructor. I've done my research and have found some colleges that offer "Trainer/Instructor focus" in the "Equine Science" major. I was wondering if anyone on here has done that or if they know anything about good colleges for that or has experience surrounding that.

I'm taking an equine class at North Dakota State University (I go to a different college nearby) and I'm going to take another next semester. I'm going to try a different major than my current one next semester. If I still don't like it, then I'm transferring to NDSU for Equine Science.

No idea what I'll do with it, but it's more interesting than anything else. Except, up here 95% of the horses are stock breeds that are ridden Western. There IS a Hunter/Dressage barn where NDSU is and it's the only one I know of in the state, actually. I'm kind of assuming there's another somewhere, but I've never looked into it.
