Personally, I would tell my true love where to shove it if he told me to sell my pony

I think if I did have a sig. Other (I'm only 17!) then I'm pretty sure he'd be OK with me having a horse/riding horses because we love each other. :) & it's OK if he had different interests than I do. We could balance each other out.

    Cool It Depends

It completly depends on if it is a boy friend or the guy you are married too. If you are married the guy would have to live with or try to at least get along but if it is a boyfriend good bye if I just met him.

In actuality, I did tell my husband just that last night. Of course he asked me to wait to buy, again, but this time for a very valid reason. However, I put my foot down and said "When we are back to being 'okay', I AM BUYING A HORSE, if you have a problem with that, you can bite my ... , also, if you tell me I have to choose between you or the horse again, I will choose the horse; the horse would never ask me to choose in the first place."

    He was stunned.

When I was looking at buying Junior, I told my husband that I had bought him. He freaked out. We had a discussion, in which he said that I would have to choose; the horse or him. Of course I never gave him an answer and told him that I didnt buy the horse.

Now... If I were EVER faced with that situation again, I would chose the horse because the horse would never ask me to choose in the first place; and honestly I don't think I could ever be happy with someone I would resent.
    Good for you
