horsey anniversary present?

Ok just wondering what you all think, is it silly to want to buy my horse an anniversary present to mark the day I bought her 1 year ago?? She is my first horse and buying her was a very special moment because I had to wait 24 years before I could get a horse. If it isn't silly, what kinds of things would be a good present.

That's a cute idea. Your horse obviously won't understand what it's for, so I'd suggest buying something more for you to use on/for her.

I would spend some extra quality time hanging out and talking to her and maybe give her a massage

Extra time is a good idea, the anniversary is today, she is seeing the dentist this afternoon (which isn't a very good present lol), but I have the day off work so I might go out and give her a really good grooming then ride then groom her a bit more before the dentist arrives, we have a rare sunny, low wind day today (it is winter in australia) so it should be nice.
