Housewives of beverly hills horse for present

On last nights episode a couple bought a horse for there 5 yr old daughter for her birthday.
I was shocked, this girl is small, shy and lacks confidence. I could understand if they had gotten her a nice well trained pony as money isn't an issue. They led in a large buckskin quarter horse that was spooking as they led him. It made absolutly no sense to me at all. I can't imagine this kid having any interest in this horse.

I hate it when TV families or people do this or even in real life. The kid probably like you said wont have a interest in it and heck the parents probably know nothing about horses other than they eat hay. Another thing that is similar was on the MTV show "Rob & Big" and they had a mini horse names "Mini Horse" and they eventually gave it away to a person who knew about horses.
