how did you find out about HF????

I was in a science class last year and was very bored. I typed in 'horse forums' in google and this is what it found!!!

I was looking for a horse forum awhile ago, & googled.
This came up, & I registered, because it seemed very nice (& it definitely is!). :)

Same deal.. googled my way in here and decided to stick around!

Same here, googled "horse forum" and this was on the top of the list. I had been on a couple of others and got my itty bitty feelings hurt so left them. There are rude people everywhere but there seems to be fewer of them here

I got tired of Horse Channel :roll: people are so rude. I still skim the forums on there but im definitely on here more. I also googled horse forums and this came up.

I used to belong to a Question and Answer site and though they were helpful there, there was his one lady who would kept criticizing Sonny for no reason at all. So I got really annoyed after her constant rude remarks that I left there.

Then I went to another horse forum, but the members, especially the mods, were EXTREMELY rude....I'd ask a simple question and they'd either tear me apart because I asked the question, or would just be rude....5 people on that forum on that forum said I should sell Sonny because (1) he and I weren't meant for each other (2) I wasn't prepared to handle him (3) I knew nothing on horses.
Well first off if Sonny and I weren't meant for each other than why couldn't they explain why Sonny will only let me catch him out in the field...and why I can really do anything (besides trimming his whiskers) around him but with other people he spooks. Secondly, I can handle him fine...and thirdly I know enough to at least take care of a horse.
But anyways enough of my rambling haha

So I told them I was leaving...then googled "horse forum" and came up with this one. I joined to see how it was like, and I love it
