How do I add my horse's photo to the horse photo of the month contest?

How do I add my horse's photo to the horse photo of the month contest? If I click on it, there is nothing I can click on to upload my horse's photo. Can anyone help? I am a new user so I am still trying to figure out how to use it! Thanks.

This month's contest has already started. After the voting ends you can enter the contest for Febuary. Voting always begins on the 15th of each month. Hope that helps.
