Talking How many of you have read the Thoroughbred Series?

I was just curious... how many of you have read the Thoroughbred Series by Joanna Campbell? I think I only read up to #20 but I LOVED these books as a young girl! In fact, I unboxed them this summer when I moved and have been re-reading them as an adult! Oh the joys of youth... :) Anyway, I was just curious if I was the only one in the forum who got sucked into this series in the 90s?

I did! I love them! Now, my daughter is reading them, and she loves them. Whenever, she gets a new one, I read it when she has finished it.

Yup, I read a few. Couldn't tell you anything about it, I read so many horse series they all blurred together.

On a similar note though, it seems all the horse series were about jumpers or ranches, a lot of times both. Couldn't there be ONE serious about a young adult pursuing dressage? Maybe that requires too much actual know-how to write about it, as opposed to, "he jumped the fence clean," lol.

I read the series several times over as a kid. I think I only had up to twenty or so as well. I loved them!

I read all of those.. and the saddle club. I had the whole collection of both but sold them when I went to college for 600 bucks! (needed the cash for rent)

You can find some of them for pretty cheap on Amazon or Ebay if you are ever interested. :) Unfortunately, not many stores have them in stock anymore. :(
