How much does it cost to take care of a horse in CT?

-Farrier Fee for regular front shoes w/no pads but maybe snow proof?
-How much does 2nd cut timothy hay(or maybe orchard hay) vs. 1st cut cost?
-Ivermection paste vs. daily de-wormer? (I would deworm for everything!)
-equine dentistry? How often? (I would never use a rasp)
-seasonal vaccines? Which ones are for CT and are they all every year?
-Grain? (I'll probably feed Safe Choice although I've heard its not a great performance feed). I won't buy a horse that eats a ton of grain, I think its better if they eat mostly hay/grass with supplements.
-Shavings? I plan on using sawdust or bags of wood shavings.
-Partial board (I'd prefer to do my own stall of course, have private turn-out, grassy paddocks, grain myself and have my own hay fed to my horse by me while I grained in the morning and at night. During the afternoon the barn owner would have to hay my horse 1or2 flakes if there's no grass or its winter-time). So basically I would just pay for a 12X12 stall, turn-out and 1 or 2 flakes of hay in the afternoon from my own hay bales.
