Ridingsmylife2- Hang in there and just be helpfull around the barn. You might find someone who just needs some help. People like that often get rewarded! Show your parents you can be responsible in taking care of a horse. Start a little savings call it your "horsey jar" and just start dumping your spare change into it and when they see that you are serious and will contribute to owning (not just riding) then they might re-think. Just a thought.

    Happy Holidays everyone!

The thing is that I live in a country where I don't speak the language well enough. :(
I've had a 'horsey jar' for a while now.

When my dad bought me my first horse for xmas he gave me the bill of sale that said "you are now the proud owner of this horse" so on and so fourth. The next day we went to pick him up so you could always do that. Or I really like the idea of bringing her to pick up the horse with you.

M2G....she's a 9 year old, 15.?. Hand mare, that was a repo, she started off in barrels but not to sure of her history after that.....with a privet trainer and her 4-h horse leader we're hopeing to make it work between sarah and her new horse.

What we have desided to do is leave out on saturday morning for wichita where the horse is but the story that we have told sarah is that i'm taking the trailer to greensburg to drop off a stove that is needed by a family out there...which is true...(they haven't had one since the night of the tornado) after that it's on to wichita...from there we just have to wing it.....

Mike and I desided not to hide her any where just to keep her stress leave down and to just bring her home.
