    You are dwelling on your feelings and have humanized what you tho't the horse was thinking. The voices of the mind often try to run our lives and fill it with negatives. Whenever something creeps in to mind, like a naughty child, I'll tell it aloud to go sit in a corner and I'll deal with it later. It's been working quite well.

    Well I started anti depressants two days ago which has helped my anxiety all ready and takes two weeks to get the full affect. I think I've been mixing up my problems with other problem, and feeling to emotional. Now I feel normal to me, and the wise words have helped allot. Was going to message some but I'll forgive myself for what never happened. Thanks ppl helping me rationalize.
